Fulled Wool - The timeless fabric for warmth and durability!
PROPERTIES:
Our fulled wool is a durable and warming wool fabric that gets its unique properties from fulling - a process where wool fibers are matted together. It is robust, windproof and simultaneously breathable, making it especially comfortable. Through the fulling process, it also obtains a pleasantly soft yet stable structure.
SEWING ADVICE:
Fulled wool is best sewn with a universal needle and strong thread. Due to the thickness of the material, it's recommended to use longer stitches and sew areas with multiple layers of fabric carefully. It's not necessary to wash the fabric before sewing as it doesn't shrink.
APPLICATION:
Fulled wool is a versatile and durable fabric, especially suitable for warming and sturdy clothing. It is the ideal choice for winter coats, jackets, vests, hats, and other outerwear designed to provide protection from cold weather.

CARE:
We recommend washing the fulled wool by hand or in the wool wash cycle at a low temperature. Avoid drying in the dryer and iron the fabric at a low temperature. Generally, fulled wool is easy to care for as dirt and liquids bead off the surface and do not penetrate the fibers.
