Duchesse Satin - the ultimate choice for elegance, luxury, and timeless glamour!
FEATURES:
Our Duchesse Satin captivates with an opulent and heavy texture that remains silkily smooth. The fabric shimmers elegantly and has an unparalleled drape, making it a preferred choice for luxurious occasions. With its dense weave, it offers almost complete opacity, making it perfect for evening and bridal wear.
SEWING TIPS:
When sewing Duchesse Satin, you should use a fine universal or microfiber needle to ensure a clean stitch pattern. Due to its slippery character, it's advisable to secure the fabric with fine pins or fabric clamps. A fine silk thread is recommended for optimal results. A light pre-wash can be considered before sewing, noting that the shine of the fabric might slightly change.
APPLICATIONS:
Duchesse Satin is the first choice for high-quality ball gowns, wedding dresses, and other formal garments that require outstanding draping and luxurious shine. Its exclusive appearance also makes it perfect for scarves, stoles, and accessories that aim to add a touch of glamour.
CARE:
Due to its delicacy, we recommend having the Duchesse Satin professionally cleaned only. Direct ironing should be avoided; instead, a damp cloth can be placed between the iron and the fabric to gently smooth the material at low to medium temperature.
Please note: Due to individual screen displays, the actual colors of the fabric may slightly differ from the image.
