Rain Jacket Fabric *Marie* – Waterproof, windproof and lightweight for outdoor sewing projects!
PROPERTIES:
Our Rain Jacket Fabric *Marie* is a coated, waterproof material with a smooth surface. It is windproof, lightweight, durable and easy to sew. The back is usually PU-coated or laminated to reliably block moisture.
SEWING TIP:
Use a microtex or universal needle. Use clips instead of pins to avoid puncturing the fabric. A Teflon foot or baking paper can help if the fabric sticks while sewing.
APPLICATION:
Perfect for raincoats, ponchos, jackets, rain pants, outdoor accessories, bike seat covers, bags or dog coats. Also suitable as a water-repellent layer in clothing.
CARE:
Wash at 30?°C without fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Iron on the reverse at low temperature with a cloth. Frequent washing may reduce water repellency.
Please note: Actual fabric colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
