Lining Fabric - The perfect companion for your tailored pieces!
FEATURES:
Our lining fabric is a lightweight, smooth material that is ideal for giving your creations a professional and comfortable finish. It prevents clothing from slipping, offers added comfort, and enhances the durability of your pieces.
SEWING TIPS:
For sewing lining fabric, we recommend using a fine universal needle. Due to its smooth surface, the fabric can be a bit slippery, so it's helpful to use fabric clips or pins and sew slowly. Wash the fabric before sewing to prevent shrinkage later on.
APPLICATIONS:
Lining fabric has versatile applications and is a must in tailoring and sewing.
It is commonly used to line the inside of garments such as jackets, coats, skirts, and dresses. It helps increase comfort by making dressing and undressing easier and prevents clothing from sticking to the skin or other fabrics.
Furthermore, lining fabric can be used to line pockets, bags, hats, and much more. It can also be used for lightweight curtains or as a lining material in home textiles.
CARE:
Lining fabric is typically machine washable. We recommend washing it at low to medium temperatures and air drying. Depending on the material, it can be ironed at a low temperature.
Please note: Due to individual screen displays, the actual colors of the fabric may slightly differ from the image.
