Oilcloth – durable, wipeable and versatile – ideal for tablecloths, bags and DIY projects!
PROPERTIES:
Oilcloth is a coated fabric with a smooth, water-repellent surface. It's easy to clean, sturdy, and ideal for everyday use. The backside is often made of fleece or cotton, giving the fabric extra grip and structure. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
SEWING TIPS:
Use a universal or denim needle (size 80–100) and strong thread. To prevent sticking, use a Teflon foot or place baking paper under the presser foot. Use clips instead of pins to avoid holes.
APPLICATION:
Perfect for wipeable tablecloths, bags, toiletry pouches, aprons, placemats, baskets, home décor and crafting.
CARE:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Not machine washable. Do not iron or tumble dry. Store rolled rather than folded.
Please note: Not heat-resistant – avoid placing hot items directly on the surface.
