SEWING ADVICE:
When sewing pre-washed linen, you should use a medium-sized universal needle. The material is easy to handle, and the pre-wash reduces the risk of shrinkage after the garment is completed. However, it's still a good idea to wash the fabric again before sewing, in case minimal shrinkage is still possible.
APPLICATION:
Linen is extremely versatile and is perfect for summer clothing such as dresses, trousers, and shirts, as it feels cool on the skin and wicks away moisture. In addition, pre-washed linen is ideal for home textiles like curtains, cushion covers, and tablecloths, as it conveys a rustic, natural aesthetic.
CARE:
We recommend washing the pre-washed linen fabric at 30 degrees and air drying it to preserve the characteristic crinkled look. If a smoother finish is desired, it can be ironed at medium temperature.
